No Refunds
All purchases made through Shadow Claude are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Partial or full months of unused subscription time
- Unused token allowances within a billing period
- Early cancellation of a subscription
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated answers or features
- Technical issues on your device or network
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
- Duplicate or accidental purchases
Free Tier Available
We offer a free tier with limited usage so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. We strongly recommend using the free tier to confirm the Service meets your needs before upgrading.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No prorated refund is issued for the remaining days in the current period
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in immediate account termination. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us first at [email protected].
Exceptions
In rare cases where we are required by applicable law to provide a refund, we will comply with the relevant legal requirements. Any such refund will be limited to the minimum required by law.
